Meghan VanArsdalen is a Michigan-born actor who received a BA in theatre from Siena Heights University, then traveled to New York City to earn an MFA in acting from the New School for Drama.

She is a proud resident artist of the Purple Rose Theatre Company, where she was last seen in Jeff Daniels’ Diva Royale and will be appearing in Bert & Trixie Visit the Vet in the summer of 2025.

Meghan has worked with many theaters across southeast Michigan including Tipping Point Theatre where she most recently scurried about onstage as Chordata in Robert Askin’s The Squirrels. She will be back at TPT in fall of 2024 to play Jo in Little Women.

Meghan has been onstage in New York at Penguin Rep Theatre, the Actors Studio, the Hudson Guild Theatre, and the Tank. She has also been featured in several short films and commercials.

In addition to her work as an actor, she has ventured into the world of directing and teaching. Meghan is an adjunct professor at Siena Heights University and at Albion College. She made her directorial debut at Albion with Sarah Ruhl’s In The Next Room (or the vibrator play) and returned to direct John Proctor Is The Villain in the fall of 2024.

Meghan is excited to continue exploring opportunities in her home state, NYC, and everywhere in between.
